The initial
franchise fee is $30,000, due upon signing of the Franchise
Agreement.
The royalty
fee is 5% of gross sales. This entitles the franchisee to ongoing
use of the spa*habitat brand, systems, consulting,
training, and all other benefits of franchising.
The
advertising fee is 2% of gross sales. This fee is used for website
development as well as local, regional and/or national marketing and
advertising.
The
total cost to open and operate a spa is estimated to be between
$123,000 and $320,000 (including the initial franchise fee).
The exact investment will vary based on location size and build-out
requirements, equipment, inventory, and many other factors.
We look for
individuals with a net worth of over $250,000 and liquidity of at least
$100,000.
